Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in gathering, developing, and governing content in a global knowledge base used by a Virtual Agent (AI Chatbot using LLMs).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to capture, catalogue, and govern knowledge.
  • Utilize content management systems (CMS) to review, publish, and keep content up to date efficiently.
  • Write and edit complex information into clear, usable content (policies, processes, reference guides).
  • Apply content standards across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and suggest improvements for Knowledge Management strategy.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and autonomy: self-starter, proactive, able to identify cause and effect, suggest logical next steps.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail: track content changes across teams, stakeholders, regions, and identify gaps or errors.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Experience in content management or similar roles.
  • Project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field.
