Common Wealth is seeking a Content Design Manager to elevate our brand across digital and print channels. You will lead the creation of marketing materials, videos, and educational content, collaborating with developers and teams to ensure visual consistency and impact.
You’ll maintain our content library, apply brand guidelines, and explore AI tools to accelerate workflows while delivering scalable templates for campaigns and communications.
Location This role is open to candidates based anywhere in Canada. While we are considering applicants from across the country, we have a strong preference for candidates located within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to support periodic in-office collaboration.

We’re looking for a Content Design Manager to lead creative content development and visual storytelling. You’ll help bring our brand to life across digital and print channels - producing high-quality assets that support marketing campaigns, member education, and advisor engagement. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with both the marketing department as we ll as th e entire organization you’ll maintain and evolve our content library whil e elevating visual design across all Common Wealth brands.
