About Perform

At Perform, we help fast-growing companies build elite software teams across Latin America. From AI engineers to performance testers, our nearshore talent delivers the speed, quality, and deep collaboration you’d expect from an in-person team and eliminates the time zone or hiring headaches of offshore staffing.

We partner with mid-size companies that need technical firepower—fast and at scale—and we bring the talent, processes, and flexibility to make it happen.

Now, we’re looking to take our brand and growth to the next level. That’s where you come in.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Demand Generation Leader to help us unlock our content and drive high-quality leads through organic and social channels.

This isn’t a “just publish blog posts” kind of role. We’re looking for someone who can own and execute a full-funnel content and distribution strategy that moves our ideal customers—from awareness to action.

You’ll lead our efforts across LinkedIn, our newsletter, video clips from webinars and interviews, written case studies, and eventually owned media like a podcast or event series. You’ll also help evaluate and manage paid distribution to amplify what’s working.

If you’re equal parts strategic thinker, creative producer, and data-obsessed decision maker, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Perform’s organic growth engine, designing content strategies and processes that help us get in front of our ICP, maximize awareness, and ultimately drive leads.
Create and distribute thought leadership content across LinkedIn (company + exec voices).
  • Turn customer interviews, partner webinars, and internal insights into repurposed video clips, posts, and email content.
  • Go deep with our team and our clients to write case studies, sales collateral, and lead magnets that help our sales team close
  • Lead the production of a bi-weekly newsletter that drives opens, shares, and demo requests.
  • Collaborate with leadership and client-facing teams to mine stories, data, and trends.
  • At the cutting edge of AI tools to move fast without sacrificing quality.
  • Work with designers, editors, and freelancers to scale what’s working.
  • Help evaluate and manage paid distribution across LinkedIn, Google, newsletters, and other sponsorship opportunities.
  • Shape the voice of Perform as we grow.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, or growth.
  • Experience in B2B tech, software services, or talent marketplaces.
  • Strong copywriting skills and a knack for storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel.
  • Proficient with paid media across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and sponsorships.
  • Experience with tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Figma, Notion, and AI writing/editing tools.
  • Comfortable interviewing technical people and turning insights into compelling content.
  • You’re independent, organized, and love turning strategy into results.
  • Bonus: Spanish fluency or prior work with nearshore teams in Latin America or Canada.
Why Join Perform

Be at the center of a fast-growing services business in a hot space (AI, nearshore talent, agile engineering)

Work directly with a small, experienced leadership team who values smart marketing
Build a modern content engine from the ground up—with creative freedom and support
Flexible hours, remote-friendly, and plenty of room to experiment

If you’ve got examples of past wins, we’d love to see them:

  • SEO content that ranked or drove traffic.
  • Webinars or events you helped coordinate
  • Newsletters you’ve built or managed.
  • Paid ads you launched or optimized.
  • Video clips, social posts, or campaigns you’re proud of any content that drove real business impact.
