Four All Ice Cream, a rapidly growing small-batch ice cream company, is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator (Photo, Video & Social Media) to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms. As a Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for capturing and producing engaging photos, videos, and graphics while managing our social media presence and growing our online community.

As a Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for capturing and producing engaging photos, videos, and graphics while managing our social media presence and growing our online community.

About You:

• You are a creative storyteller who loves photography, videography, and design.
• You have a passion for local food, community, and of course—ice cream!
• You are social media savvy and up to date with current trends on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and can manage multiple projects independently.
• You’re comfortable working both solo and collaboratively with a team.
• You have a flexible schedule and are available for occasional content shoots during events or weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography & Videography : Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for Four All’s social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation & Graphic Design : Design on-brand visuals (social posts, graphics, reels, animations) that align with our content strategy.
• Social Media Management : Manage daily posting, community engagement, and follower interaction on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
• Content Planning : Manage our content calendar and campaign planning, ensuring a consistent and engaging content flow. Work closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with marketing strategy and objectives.
• Event Coverage : Capture content at in-store events, product launches, and collaborations to highlight the Four All experience.
• Performance Tracking : Assist the Marketing Manager with monitoring social media metrics and adjusting strategies for growth and engagement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, photography/videography, and/or social media management.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Strong copywriting skills for captions and social media storytelling.
• Experience editing video content for social platforms (CapCut, Canva, or similar).
• A self-starter who is comfortable working independently on creative projects.
• Flexible availability
• Must have access to reliable transportation to visit both stores for content shoots/events within the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas.
• Portfolio or sample work demonstrating content creation skills is required.
