Job summary

Lufa Farms Inc. is seeking a bilingual Content Creator to appear on camera, visit local suppliers, and craft engaging short-form videos for Instagram and other platforms. You’ll help showcase our rooftop farms, partners, and local food ecosystem with approachable messaging.

No previous professional experience required; we value curiosity, storytelling, and comfort in front of the camera. Flexible part-time schedule, based in Montreal.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English.
• Comfortable and natural on camera.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, personable, and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Strong interest in social media, digital content, storytelling.
• Interest in food, sustainability, local businesses, or Montreal culture is a plus.

At Lufa Farms, we’re on a mission to create a better food system by growing food where people live and growing it more sustainably. To do this, we built the world’s first commercial rooftop greenhouse and partner with hundreds of local farms and food makers to offer fresh, local, responsible food to our customers. To bring these stories to life on our platforms, we’re looking for a bilingual, camera-confident content creator to become one of the faces of our brand.

Reporting to the marketing team, the Content Creator visits our suppliers, meets our partners, and presents engaging, approachable content on Instagram and other platforms. Previous professional experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Appear on camera in short-form video content, including paid ads;

• Visit local suppliers, producers, and community partners;

• Conduct interviews and man-on-the-street-style videos;

• Present informative, engaging, and approachable content for Instagram and other platforms;

• Help showcase Lufa Farms, our partners, products, and local food ecosystem;
