Location : Burlington, ON

Position : Content Creator and Production Coordinator - 3-month contract

In this role, you will lead our content marketing efforts by creating compelling stories through photo and video. You will collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and lead generation teams, gaining valuable exposure to digital content production. Responsibilities :

• Execute photo and video shoots for our brands, directing talent to ensure high-quality content and adherence to timelines.
• Conceptualize and produce social media content that aligns with marketing objectives and engages our audience.
• Travel extensively to various locations for content capture, coordinating all travel logistics.
• Conduct interviews with business professionals, partner leads, and stakeholders to capture insights and stories that align with our brand and marketing goals.
• Edit and deliver vertical videos efficiently, including culling photography and detailed editing.
• Support scheduling social media posts, responding to comments and reviews, and engaging with our online community.
• Assist with post-production tasks such as file management and formatting to delivery specifications.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders to identify and coordinate strategic content opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve content quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

• Recent graduate with a degree in journalism, video / photography production, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively; access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
• Proficiency with professional photography equipment.
• Experience interviewing professionals and managing production schedules is preferred.
• Experience with social media platforms and content management is a plus.

Location : Burlington or Ottawa; combined work from home and office environment.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $45,000 per year + potential $10,000 annual bonus

Schedule :

• Day shift, Monday to Friday
• Travel between locations required; access to a reliable vehicle necessary.
