Overview

ChangeMakers is seeking a Content Creator to support the firm’s corporate brand, marketing, and new business development efforts. This role will focus on producing high-quality content that builds ChangeMakers’ market presence and positioning, and drives growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Research, draft, and edit content for thought leadership, case studies, website updates, social media, and corporate presentations.
  • Develop marketing materials and communications to support business development initiatives.
  • Ensure content is consistent with ChangeMakers’ brand voice, positioning, and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine messaging and present the firm’s expertise effectively.
  • Monitor communications and marketing trends to strengthen content impact.
  • Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery across platforms.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in content creation, corporate communications, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to write with clarity and impact across multiple formats.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and WordPress, with the ability to post and update content directly.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM, with the ability to collaborate effectively with in-house specialists.
  • Ability to work with AI tools to support research, content development, and workflow efficiency.
  • Knowledge of brand strategy, communications, and marketing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Professional presence and confidence working directly with senior leaders.
