Job Title : Content Creator

Job Description :

We are looking for a creative, organized, and driven Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team at Heighton Auto Group. With nine locations and multiple brands under one roof, no two days are the same.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging, brand-aligned content across social media. You'll work closely with marketing leadership, sales teams, and dealership staff to highlight inventory, customer stories, community involvement, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Planning & Strategy :

  • Collaborate with the social media manager to develop monthly content calendars for all dealerships.
  • Identify trends, seasonal opportunities, and dealership-specific stories to highlight.
  • Plan content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention goals.

Content Production :

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, staff, events, and facilities.
  • Create short-form video content (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
  • Edit and produce video / photo content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.
  • Write compelling captions, scripts, blog posts, and email snippets that align with each platform’s best practices.
  • Ready to be behind or in front of the camera on a daily basis
  • Content Management :

  • Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Assist with community management, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust content based on performance insights with the social media manager
  • On-Site Collaboration :

  • Visit dealership locations regularly to gather content, film with staff, and capture real-time moments.
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to feature new arrivals, happy customers, and dealership milestones.
  • Branding & Consistency :

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines across different stores and platforms.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual style.
  • Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

  • This position is open to recent graduates of marketing programs. 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing with automotive experience is a plus.
  • Strong photography / videography and editing skills.
  • Comfortable being in front of and behind the camera.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently across multiple projects and locations.
