Job summary

Velocity23 is seeking a Store Manager in Edmonton, Canada. This full-time role offers day shifts, a 6-week paid training program, and clear advancement opportunities within a growing self-storage company.

Starting pay ranges from CAD 19 to CAD 21 per hour, plus potential annual bonuses and benefits after 90 days. You will help clients find storage solutions, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth daily property management while developing leadership skills in a Canadian-owned company

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with strong people skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are assets.
• Flexibility to travel between nearby locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients find storage solutions that fit their needs.
• Managing front desk operations, customer inquiries and property tours.
• Confirming reservations and completing rental agreements; processing payments and maintaining records.
