We’re looking for an experienced and creative Content Coordinator to help facilitate our content marketing efforts, drive engagement, and amplify our clients' brand presence across digital platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator , the ideal candidate is a savvy storyteller with a deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviours. Location : St. Catharines, Ontario | Hybrid (minimum 3 days a week in-office)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Produce clear, compelling copy tailored to multiple brands by adapting voice and style appropriately while consistently applying best writing practices across blogs, articles, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Implement content marketing strategies across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and email marketing.
  • Create and curate engaging content using design software for text, images, videos, and infographics (Canva, Caput or similar) tailored to each platform’s audience and goals.
  • Monitor and respond to content marketing interactions promptly, fostering a strong online community and increasing brand loyalty.
  • Supports day-to-day content activities, including scheduling, publishing, and tracking content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand and marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
  • Execute content marketing contests, giveaways, and other engagement initiatives to drive follower growth and participation.
  • Exercise an understanding of collaboration with other agency departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Partner with the Marketing Coordinator and creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative campaign ideas tailored to clients' goals.

Requirements :

  • At least 2+ years of proven experience as a Content Coordinator or in a similar role with

relevant

  • experience.
  • Must be a proficient copywriter skilled in adapting brand voice across multiple clients and adhering to writing best practices across various media, including blogs, articles, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Proficient experience using content design and editing software, including Canva, Adobe Suite products (Premiere, Photoshop, etc), Capcut or similar.
  • Experience setting up and optimizing content marketing and social media accounts, including Meta Business Portfolios.
  • Proficiency in content scheduling software tools such as Sprout Social.
  • Deep understanding of social media and content marketing platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns, including content creation, optimization, audience segmentation, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, ensuring content is visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads is a plus.

Compensation : $45,000 – $50,000 base annual salary based on experience. Competitive healthcare spending and vacation time.
