Job description

Phreesia is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Content Analyst to help shape the future of patient engagement. In this role, you’ll transform complex health information into meaningful, interactive experiences across our product platform, including patient-reported outcomes, communications, and provider-facing documentation.

You’ll play a pivotal role on our Clinical Documentation team, working cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to deliver smart, scalable content that enhances clinical workflows and patient journeys.

What You’ll Do :

  1. Design and deploy patient engagement content using Phreesia’s proprietary interview engine
  2. Collaborate with informatics analysts, stakeholders, and clinical documentation team members to create, deploy, and optimize the patient experience
  3. Ensure all solutions align with platform best practices and support integrations and analytics
  4. Develop scalable documentation and implementation processes for launching new functionality
  5. Act as a liaison between Clinical Documentation and teams like Product, Client Solutions, and Network Solutions
  6. Help create internal documentation and training materials leveraging subject matter expertise
  7. Conduct quality assurance testing and vet solutions for accuracy, clarity, and credibility

What You’ll Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in content analysis, SaaS configuration, implementation management, or healthcare informatics
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Technical fluency and experience working with interview platforms
  • Basic understanding of clinical workflows and patient engagement challenges
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Experience synthesizing data from websites, articles, and resources for accuracy and relevance
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership

Nice to Have:

  • A clinical background or familiarity with clinical quality measures, standard terminologies, and/or FHIR
  • Experience with HTML, Microsoft Office, Miro, or JIRA
  • Knowledge of EHR systems (no certification required)
  • Experience reviewing or summarizing academic articles
  • A passion for innovation and process improvement
