1. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates
2. Oversee the preparation of sales or contracts
3. Prepare sales or other contracts
4. Reach out to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support
5. Identify and solicit potential clients
6. Sell merchandise
7. Order merchandise
8. Assign sales workers to duties
9. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
10. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
11. Organize and maintain inventory
