Position Summary: Working as a Consumables Associate at Walmart Canada offers an excellent opportunity to develop retail skills. What You'll Do:

• Greet customers politely and warmly.
• Promote products/services, locate merchandise, and assist customers with purchases.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
• Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise, and updating signage and pricing.
• Handle claims and returns properly, secure merchandise, and identify high-shrink items.
• Receive and stock merchandise, operate equipment appropriately, and complete required documentation.
• Refer service and transactional issues to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
• Stock merchandise, perform downstocks if applicable, and set up modular displays including shelf caps.
