The Work:
Kick-start your career in our Consulting Development Program to learn the latest skills, go through multiple project experiences that give you the opportunity to learn new skills across industries
Work closely with clients to learn how their business is working today, with a focus on public sector organizations
Roll up your sleeves and come up with good ideas on how to improve operating models and processes
Join your teammates to dive into consulting projects, deliver new solutions to public sector clients
Check out different technologies that may be a good solution for the client’s needs:
Defining end to end processes that incorporate machine learning and AI
Analyze project statistics and business data to read the story behind the numbers
Manage projects like a pro, tracking status, timeline, costs and delivery
The work location for this role can include a mix of working remotely and working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
Please note that with all our roles, you should expect some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
Here’s what you need:
Prior experience in management consulting or similar role, demonstrating core consulting skills: business, processes analysis, organizational strategies, operating models, business cases, project management and an interest in technology.
Known for being a strong researcher who is analytical and a critical thinker able to look at things from all angles and feel comfortable getting up in front of a group of people to lead workshops.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with process modelling and presentation tools.
Excellent communication (written, oral) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adjust quickly and confidently when faced with change. Able to engage and enable team members to reach a common goal, seeking out answers, driving solutions and getting results. Able to follow through on what you say you’ll do, while also knowing when to ask for help.
Bachelor’s degree in any major
English is required for this position.
Candidate must have or be eligible to obtain a Reliability or secret level security clearance with the federal Government of Canada.
French would be a bonus
