Responsibilities
  • Drive the production and optimization of Windchill components and applications.
  • Lead and coordinate application implementation projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in complex environments.
  • Support deployment teams and ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Deliver clear functional and technical specifications as a reference for the team.
  • Guide and advise colleagues on advanced functionalities and best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions for high-impact projects.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aeronautical, or computer engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Windchill Architect (or similar role).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, project-driven environments.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A natural mentor, eager to share expertise with junior colleagues.
  • Mobility and openness to international assignments (Europe, Asia, Canada, USA, etc.).
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, to engage with a diverse customer base in Québec and abroad.
