Qualifications and Responsibilities

• 6-10 years of business analyst experience with AXIOM reporting tool and Regulatory Capital, especially Credit Risk and GL reconciliation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications.
• Use Axiom reporting tools to ensure accurate, compliant reporting.
• Understand complex financial instruments, transactions, and data flows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams for timely solutions delivery.
• Document business requirements, specifications, and user guides.
