Job Description

Business Advisors shape vision and strategy with clients, understand stakeholder needs, elicit processes, data, and capabilities, and define target processes and business requirements for current and future solutions.

They establish the methods and framework for business analysis within their projects or programs, perform requirements elicitation and modeling, and lead activities within and beyond their projects.

Key Responsibilities

We seek experienced professionals to work closely with stakeholders in the insurance industry, delivering innovative solutions to address business challenges, optimize operations, and promote growth.

  • Collaborate with insurance clients to identify needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Design and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases for system enhancements or new implementations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for knowledge transfer and change management.
  • Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior management.
  • Stay informed about trends, technologies, and best practices in the insurance sector and share insights.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience
  • 5+ years in the insurance industry, focusing on business analysis, project management, or consulting.
  • Proven success in delivering projects in underwriting, claims, policy administration, or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance operations, regulations, and emerging trends.
  • Familiarity with insurance technologies like policy administration systems, distribution management systems, billing platforms, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Duck Creek, Guidewire, Majesco, etc.
Key Skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in documentation, process mapping, and presentations.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
