About the position:

Advise patients in the context of our « VIP Personal Dietitian » telehealth consultation service. This typically consists of 3 consultations over a 3-month period – via Skype, Facetime, or equivalent video call platforms, with:

• Daily support from SOSCuisine’s personalized meal plans, recipes and other resources on the website
• Email support from the consulting dietitian in between consultations

The initial consultation (1 hour duration), serves to evaluate the patient, understand his/her needs and establish an individualized program to reach his/her objectives. The two follow-up consultations (½ hour duration each) allow reviewing progress and making eventual adjustments.

• Member of a Canadian Provincial College of Dietitians
• A minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical nutrition
• Interested and up to date with the evolution of evidence-based clinical practices, and online resources such as PENNutrition
• Able to structure and prioritize his/her work with autonomy
