Consulting and Recurring Business Developer - EAST

The main mission of the Consulting and Recurring Business Developer is to grow the consulting and recurring services business in their region.

Responsibilities include :

  • Supporting sales teams (V1 and Services V2) to identify and pitch consulting and recurring opportunities.
  • Performing customer platforming with marketing, attending customer visits, and following up on consulting jobs.
  • Leading efforts to acquire new customers using a consultative approach and consulting offers, focusing on recurring service contracts.

Main objectives :

  • Identify and acquire new customers via consulting and recurring offers.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, acting as a Trusted Advisor.
  • Stimulate the sales organization to drive consulting and recurring business performance.

Key responsibilities :

  • Support customer platforming to target the right customers.
  • Lead efforts to connect with new customers using consulting & recurring offers.
  • Define consulting proposals based on customer pain points.
  • Support strategy to increase consulting and recurring services in the segment.
  • Ensure promotion of consulting offers by sales teams.
  • Monitor pipeline creation and attend customer visits when needed.
  • Collaborate with other sales functions to bundle services.
  • Provide support during all stages of offers, including technical and commercial aspects.
  • Coordinate with category managers for consulting resources and propose offer improvements.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Experience in Field Services with a consultative sales mindset.
  • Leadership and team management skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills at C-level.
  • Knowledge of local standards, compliance, and regulations.
