Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and curious Consulting Analyst Intern to support our team in delivering strategic advice to Board members and top executives. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in learning more about human capital management consulting. You will apply your analytical abilities and gain hands‑on experience using human capital strategies and compensation analytics to help solve clients’ most complex strategic challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the supervision and mentorship of more senior team members, the intern will:

• Support client teams in analyzing their human capital and compensation strategies.
• Assist in researching and developing insights to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive business outcomes.
• Provide analytical support in the development of compensation programs and structures.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses and support the job evaluation process.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation data from various sources, including public disclosure, surveys, databases, and client-provided information.
• Assist in the preparation of insightful client presentations and reports that effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data and its application to human capital strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with compensation survey tools or AI-based platforms is an asset.
• Experience using generative AI tools to support research, analysis, and report drafting, while applying sound judgment to review and validate outputs.
• Enthusiasm for consulting and a proactive, collaborative approach to learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English language skills; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
• Availability to commit to a full-time internship for four months, starting in May 2027.

Location:

Toronto (161 Bay Street); three days per week in the office.

Compensation:

This is a paid internship.
