You're driven, resourceful, and above all else - remarkably smart.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting both secondary (i.e., analytically and scientifically based) and primary (i.e., physicians, payers, and patients) market research, creating high-quality project materials and client deliverables (including organizational, portfolio, and asset-specific recommendations), and beginning to develop client relationships, as well as subject matter expertise. You will:

1. Support the overall cross-functional management of projects, at both the client organization and internally at Syneos Health
2. Demonstrate strong project management skills through the proactive management of individual project responsibilities and workload to ensure objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently and effectively
3. Show proficiency in navigating the management consulting cycle of creating project deliverables, quality checking work, reviewing with project management/leadership, and incorporating edits and feedback
4. Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recommend creative ideas based on data analysis, personal experience, and industry best practices
5. Use research from competitive pipelines, company websites, prescribing information, epidemiology reports, and syndicated data to consolidate complex industry, market, client portfolio, and product data and trends in a clear and comprehensive manner

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively on engagements
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail

Desired Requirements:

• Graduate degree in business or life sciences
• Ability to develop relevant client deliverables autonomously
• Experience in research and data analysis (e.g., organizing sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking for predefined problems)

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $122,000 to $149,000. Actual salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility for commissions/bonuses based on performance.
