You will collaborate with digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create solutions for iconic brands, including experience strategists, researchers, designers, analysts, and engineers.

Your role includes:

  1. Applying a design-led approach to solve client problems.
  2. Collaborating with digital experts to innovate and address exciting challenges.
  3. Creating high-quality UX deliverables, including UI designs, prototypes, wireframes, and specifications.
  4. Developing personas, scenarios, and customer journey maps.
  5. Understanding research outputs and shaping UX design concepts.
  6. Designing & facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions.
  7. Reviewing systems to identify UX issues and recommend improvements.
  8. Planning UX projects, selecting appropriate tools and techniques.
  9. Enhancing Deloitte’s UX methodologies and staying updated on industry trends.
  10. Working effectively in diverse, inclusive teams.

Applicants should be willing and eligible for UK security clearance (SC or DV). You should be an ideas person and problem solver, passionate about digital, with good business instincts and awareness of trends. A varied background and experience in client delivery, user research, or related fields are desirable.

  • Understanding of UX design process and principles.
  • Interest in Defence and Security within Government.
  • Portfolio demonstrating UX design skills.
  • Proficiency with UX tools like Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Knowledge of UX trends and methodologies.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in user research, facilitation, and stakeholder presentation.
  • Understanding of political, commercial, and technological challenges in government and security sectors.
