What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our TPRM practice, you will support and advise on a range of projects, from conducting TPRM program maturity assessments to designing and implementing custom technology automation solutions.

The role demands curiosity, proactivity and quick learning, with the expectation that you dive into the material, contribute ideas, and remain open to learning and adapting to changing client needs.

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Join our dynamic team of highly motivated, innovative professionals working with clients across sectors to solve some of today’s most pressing challenges in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).

On this team, you will:

  • Work alongside industry-leading TPRM professionals to tackle complex challenges and shape innovative solutions at the intersection of technology, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Support the design and implementation of processes, methodologies, and operating models that drive robust risk management practices, enhance organizational resilience, and support compliance readiness
  • Amplify impact by turning creative insights into industry standards, best practices, and thought leadership that shape regulatory and market perspectives.
  • Work closely with our Cyber colleagues and understand leading perspectives in emerging cyber risk areas, including Artificial Intelligence and Cloud technologies.
  • Participate in the development of innovative thinking on operational and technology resilience, supply chain visibility and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) risk management.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency or understanding of TPRM and/or related fields such as risk management, vendor management, procurement, or systems implementation in the TPRM space.
  • Experience in core risk management domains, including operational or non-financial risk management, cyber, business continuity, operational or technology resilience, privacy, ESG, etc.
  • Experience with or knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to TPRM (e.g., OCC, OSFI, GDPR, etc.).
  • Experience in a Professional Services/Consulting firm or a major Canadian/US bank.
  • Curiosity and openness to new technologies and tools with a focus on driving efficiency in TPRM practices.
  • Ability, or eagerness to learn to craft effective prompts and use GenAI to enhance TPRM practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and develop clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in report writing, presentations, and communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management, organizational and delivery skills.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience with TPRM operational platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba) or supply chain risk intelligence tools (e.g., Black Kite, Interos), including system implementation and end-user application, is preferred.
Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
