Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Excellence, the Consultant, Sales Performance and Analytics works with Canada senior sales leaders to deliver Sales Quota and Sales Incentive Plan programs, while providing analytics and insights for the commercial organization. The Consultant, Sales Performance and Analytics applies deep commercial process knowledge alongside advanced analytics to develop, recommend, and communicate actionable insights that improve commercial effectiveness and drive business performance.
This position will be hybrid, reporting to the Vaughan head office twice per week.

Anticipated pay range: $81,300 - $108,300
