Accenture is seeking a Consultant in its Public Service practice to partner with Canadian government clients to redesign programs and services for better citizen experiences. You will leverage AI-enabled methods and Accenture capabilities to design, implement, and scale human-centered, digitally enabled solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and manage workstreams while ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment.
We are Accenture’s Public Service team, helping government organizations reinvent how programs are designed, delivered, and experienced by the people they serve. In Canada’s public sector, that means working alongside clients to modernize operations, improve service outcomes, strengthen workforce and citizen experiences, and navigate complex policy, regulatory, funding, and stakeholder environments. Through Industry & Enterprise and our Industry & Process capabilities, we bring deep industry knowledge, enterprise-wide transformation experience, AI‑enabled reinvention methods, and practical process expertise to help public service organizations move from strategy to measurable outcomes. Together, we help government work better for Canadians—responsibly, sustainably, and with confidence in a future of continuous change.
If you love solving challenges and not just studying them and take pride in having an impact on how our clients deliver their mandates, then Accenture Consulting is the right place for you. Join us to develop your ideas into provocative points of view and transformative insights that help shape programs and services—and the experiences of citizens and public service employees.
You have a desire to evolve your knowledge of government operations and are unafraid to bring bold ideas into complex, risk‑aware environments. You are as comfortable facilitating a workshop with a Director General as you are building a process model at your desk. You understand that reinvention in the public service takes patience, rigour, and a deep respect for the public service context—and you bring all three, every day.
As a Consultant in our Public Service practice, you will work with government clients to help reinvent how programs and services are designed, delivered, and experienced by Canadians. Drawing on Accenture’s AI‑enabled reinvention methods, public service expertise, and Industry & Process capabilities, you will:
