As a Consultant, Privileged Access Management, you will focus on improving our Secrets and Privileged Access management operations across the organization. You will be responsible for automating PAM processes, consulting on potential risks, identifying solutions, and implementing remediations in technology and processes. Utilizing your relationship-building skills, you will partner with line of business and technology teams to proactively identify oversight areas, present, and implement practical and achievable recommendations.

Secrets Management and IAM solutioning: Build, maintain, operate, and automate our secrets management and identity and access management solutions, facilitating operational requirements for cybersecurity resilience.
Continuous Monitoring and Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve daily operations, close adoption gaps, and seamlessly operationalize new or changing processes. Lead automation tasks, maintenance, and monitoring of the Vault environment using Agile frameworks.
Reporting and metrics: Develop reports on the current state of centralized processes using various metrics.
Documentation: Prepare Use Case Documents, High-Level Architecture, and process documentation, including automation user guides.
Assist clients and mentor junior engineers: In Agile processes, elevating team proficiency and cohesion.
Experience: Demonstrated experience with secret management solutions like HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, automation via Ansible, YAML, Python, PowerShell, and scripting languages.
Understanding: Strong understanding of Data Security frameworks, Cybersecurity governance, Cryptography, and Azure.
Knowledge: Knowledge of SSH Key management, Certificate Management, Secret management solutions, and Agile methodologies/tools (JIRA, GitHub, Ansible).
Digital Savvy: Embrace evolving technologies and adapt to new tools and trends.
Education & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with at least five years of experience as an Information Security Consultant or similar. Certifications like CISSP, CIA, CCSP, or CISM are assets.
