Responsibilities

As a Power Platform Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You will work closely with clients and project teams to create innovative business applications that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations. This role offers the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a strong focus on professional development, cutting-edge technology, and leadership in solution delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Consultant to join our dynamic digital transformation team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform—primarily Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact applications and automated workflows that drive business efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of developed applications and solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages and Power BI.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agent).

• Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and database concepts.

• Familiarity with Azure services and their integration with Microsoft Power Platform solutions

• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint is required

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Range of Starting Pay for role: British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta $96,800 to $114,950
