Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as a Consultant, Power Platform & D365. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers understands clients’ needs and is responsible for configuring and implementing solutions using D365 CRM Model Apps (Sales, Customer Insight, Marketing, and Services). The role requires a good understanding of business processes, data analysis, and the ability to develop and integrate solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation.

Performance Expectations
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions leveraging D365 Customer Insights.
  • Configure D365 applications to meet business needs.
  • Create detailed documentation of solutions.
  • Provide on-site support during project delivery and go-live phases.
  • Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues.
  • Act as a trusted solution delivery consultant for D365 Customer Insights.
  • Gather requirements, manage expectations, and finalize deliverables with clients.
  • Ensure quality project delivery and manage tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot for Sales and Service, and configuring Copilots, is an asset.
  • Identify issues and communicate with engagement partners.
  • Develop understanding of MNP’s services and industry.
  • Participate in community events and network locally for business development.
  • Contribute to process improvements and promote team wellness.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and related modules.
  • Proficiency in configuring D365 applications.
  • Understanding of data integration and migration processes.
  • Ability to gather and document requirements and perform gap analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team skills.
  • Experience delivering software solutions and configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are desirable.
  • Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in CRM solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Customer Insight and security clearance is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software development processes, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Understanding of AI and Microsoft Co-Pilot is a plus.
