Make an impact with our MNP Digital team as a Consultant, Power Platform & D365 (AMS). This diverse team of professionals are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions in an agile environment. As a trusted advisor, you may be asked to contribute as an individual or as a lead, but you are comfortable doing both. You will work directly with customers and work in collaboration with the broader technical team. This may include other Project Managers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, and Quality Assurance to ensure key timelines are maintained and project completion deliverables are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Technical expertise in supporting, configuring or customizing Dynamics 365 to deliver the full grant management lifecycle, including program authoring, application submission, assessment, approvals, award, and analytics
  • AMS : Understand, diagnose and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challenges
  • Experience in developing / troubleshooting C# .Net plugins in Dynamics 365.
  • Apply critical thinking to recommend effective and innovative solutions for issue resolution and optimization
  • Support and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and financial systems
  • Experience in supporting, enhancing and developing Azure logic apps and function apps using C#, .Net
  • Work with enterprise software developers and architects on programming languages and / or COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf) products or platforms
  • Use your extensive product knowledge to define, develop and present effective Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutionsfor D365 Case Management and Power Platform Solutions
  • Engage directly with clients to support their production systems, understand their business, and provide explain how MNP can help
  • Collaborate with clients and project team to identify client needs through interviews, workshops and requirements analysis, define a solution to meet those needs and implement a working, timely solution
  • Collaborate with the Application Maintenance Support (AMS) team to ensure the smooth operation, proactive monitoring, and timely resolution
  • Design, implement, and support Microsoft .NET solutions leveraging Power Platform, ASP.NET, web services, Windows Forms, mobile and more
  • Experience in designing Dynamics CRM solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration, customization / Plug-ins, and third-party solutions (i.e. DocuSign, ArcGIS, PCLookup, PublicSecure)
  • Delivered projects in an Agile SCRUM environment, familiar with sprints, backlogs, story points, velocity, retrospectives, and other Agile activities
  • Deliver project results utilizing collaboration tools such as DevOps and GitHub
  • Collaborate with firm leaders and other team members to perform peer review and share knowledge
  • Assist in the mentoring and development of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Take a proactive approach to professional development, contributing proactively to self and team
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
  • Be part of a team that is based on the Eastern time zone, but may also have clients across the country with their own respective time zones

Skills and Experience

  • Worked in an Application support, enhancement, and development capacity
  • Ability to attain a security clearance to support our provincial and municipal public sector clients
  • Previous experience working on large Government projects is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated technical experience in solutions involving end-to-end case management process, including grant / license application, assessment, approval, award, audit, analytics and close-out.
  • Completion of a Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field or five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience implementing CRM / case management solutions in the private and public sector, with two (2) to four (4) years experience with Dynamics CRM and / or D365 and Power Platform
  • Nice to have : Experience working with North52, with a proven track record of implementing solutions within the Power Platform and D365 environments.
  • Ideally, experience with both legacy on-premises and cloud Microsoft Dynamics D365 versions
  • Strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle including requirements, architecture, de-sign, development and testing.
  • Development experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Azure, Power Pag-es, Robotic Process Automation, AI (Co-Pilot Studio)
  • Experience with other CRM and ERP packages and experience with custom development would be beneficial
