Integrated Youth Services (IYS) is a movement aimed at building effective, youth-focused, and integrated services for mental health, substance use, and related issues. The IWK Mental Health and Addictions program leads this initiative in Nova Scotia, bringing together community partners to offer accessible, youth-friendly services for ages 12 to 25. The Consultant, Planning and Improvement, reports to the Director of IYS and works closely with the Provincial Leadership Team to support the startup, implementation, and scaling of IYS sites across Nova Scotia, focusing on system change, data collection, and equitable outcomes.
Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:30; 75 hours bi-weekly. Occasional evening work and travel across Nova Scotia required.
