Job summary

A leading health tech start-up is looking for a Consultant Pharmacist to join their team, focusing on patient care through home medication reviews. This role requires travel around the Greater Toronto Area and a passion for improving patient health outcomes. Ideal candidates will hold a valid pharmacy license in Ontario and have community pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

  • Registered (Part A) license with Ontario College of Pharmacists.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in community pharmacy.
  • Valid driver’s license with own insurance and access to a vehicle.

We are looking to hire a Consultant Pharmacist.

The Consultant Pharmacist will work with the Mednow Health Care team to visit patients at home, conduct medication cabinet clean-outs (as part of the Medchecks at Home program), and review medication use with patients to identify medication-related problems.

This position will require regular travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area.


We can rely on you to:
  • Travel throughout the GTA to provide medication reviews at our patient’s homes
  • Maintain ongoing collaboration and communication within the healthcare team and pharmacy team to develop strong partnerships
  • Ability to work in operations when necessary
What you bring to the table:

Basically, you’re excited to work for a company that’s disrupting the Pharmacy industry.
Your must haves:
  • Registered (Part A) license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists, in good standing
  • Education from an accredited Pharmacy program
  • Minimum 1 year of experience practicing in community pharmacy
  • Must have valid driver’s license with own valid insurance and access to a vehicle, as travel to various locations is required
