Job summary

Santis Health in Toronto is seeking a Consultant, Management Consulting to join our hybrid team. You’ll help transform high-level health-care strategy into actionable plans and work with clients across Canada to drive long-term vision.

You will collaborate with health-sector leaders, produce client-ready materials, and manage multiple engagements with autonomy and professionalism. A strong background in health policy and project delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• A post-secondary degree in health sciences, policy, business, or related field.
• Minimum two years of related work experience, with previous consulting experience preferred.
• Experience developing and executing on projects, adhering to quality, time and budget standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and problem solve in the face of uncertainty.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external clients.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Google Suite.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows, while maintaining a strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and the importance of fact-checking and human review.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the delivery of slides and presentations.
• Exceptional organizational skills – ability to juggle multiple clients and projects and competing deadlines.
• Skilled in priority-setting, efficient time-management and working independently.
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• High degree of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Developing project management plans and keeping the project team focused on meeting multiple, tight timelines
• Creating a wide range of slide decks, briefing notes, and other communication materials
• Being a trusted support for clients as part of ongoing advisory and project management responsibilities
• Tracking and researching emerging health system trends and analyzing their implications to client organizations
• Identifying key stakeholders and creating tailored stakeholder maps and engagement plans
• Assisting in the execution of stakeholder engagement plans, including with interviews, focus groups, surveys, facilitation sessions and other engagement tactics
• Assisting on development of proposals and identifying business development opportunities
• Participating in client strategy sessions, partnering with health sector leaders to brainstorm, map out, and drive their long-term vision
• Participating in the continued development of internal products and processes related to public policy and management consulting business
• Working collaboratively with the Santis team and cultivating strong peer relationships across government affairs, communications, digital health, and life sciences verticals

This hybrid Consultant role, based in our Toronto office, is designed for an individual with proven experience in the health care sector who is ready to provide comprehensive service to a breadth of clients.
