The Program Consultant, Learning & Development will have a national scope defining learning needs, deployment strategies, and applying continuous improvement efforts. This person will have strong L&D Business Insight, Communication, Safety Mindset, Analytics, and innovation to execute at a tactical level. The Program Consultant, L&D will be required to handle the end-to-end execution of development programs and partner with leadership and the L&D Field Operations team to deploy, drive development, standardization, and sustainable training programs.
