The opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tester ideally with a background in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and a deep understanding of the HR lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating functional requirements, executing test cases, and ensuring the quality and performance of HCM applications.

Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and HR stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management, Learning, Offboarding).
  • Validate end-to-end HR lifecycle processes and ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools.
  • Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of testing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in HR systems.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in various testing approaches , preferably in HCM or ERP systems (e.g., Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
  • Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle and associated business processes.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
  • Flexibility and ability to travel

Ideally, you’ll also have

Ceridian Dayforce testing experience.
