Our HR Consulting team innovates and drives Workforce Transformation for major UK public sector organisations and global brands. You will join a growing team that partners with clients to address people-related challenges, from strategy to process redesign.

In your role, you will be responsible for :

  • Leading work streams within client engagements and managing teams
  • Developing client relationships through stakeholder engagement
  • Conducting research, data analysis, and delivering insights and solutions
  • Interviewing employees and facilitating meetings and workshops
  • Preparing high-quality deliverables such as reports and presentations
  • Collaborating with client teams on scoping and requirements gathering
  • Overseeing junior team members, such as Analysts
  • Working effectively in diverse, inclusive teams

Applicants must hold a DV (Developed Vetting) clearance. We seek candidates with proven expertise in client scenarios, capable of delivering high-quality work under pressure, with deep skills in areas such as :

  • HR operations, transformation programmes, HR technologies, shared services, digital HR, or HR organization design
  • Strategic analysis of organisational capabilities and trends
  • Facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills with influencing ability
  • Understanding of HR value and function within business contexts
  • Designing and implementing HR service delivery and operating models
  • Experience with HR Technology and analysing HR requirements to implement suitable solutions
  • Robotics and automation for process optimization
  • AI and cognitive computing for information management and data analysis
  • Virtual and augmented reality for employee engagement and development
  • Using technology for innovative employee engagement throughout the lifecycle
  • Understanding digital roadmaps and risk management
