Supervised by experienced consultants, you will join the Human Resources & Transformation business unit for our office in Ottawa (remote). Within this transverse unit, you will mainly work on the following topics :
- Organizational design and classification: organizational assessments, development of operational models; organizational classification strategy (structures, functions, roles), recruitment, staffing and selection, development of employee competency plans and facilitation of organizational development efforts.
- HR management and human resources performance: HR function organization, HR performance, organizational design, continuous process improvement, workforce strategies, organizational culture, etc.
- Human resources development: recruitment, career, skills planning, training, performance management, quality of work life, employee experience, etc.
- Digital HR: robotization, use of artificial intelligence, automation, process optimization, etc.
- Future of work: flexible and dynamic work styles, telecommuting, skills / knowledge / jobs of the future, internal talent optimization, etc.
- Project management: detailed project planning, implementation of processes and mechanisms for effective tracking, monitoring schedules, budgets, and project quality; production of reports and dashboards; analysis of results and recommendations.
Additionally, within the firm’s internal activities, your participation will focus on:
- The development or strengthening of our offers through training, working groups, dissemination of support;
- The publication policy (sector blogs, studies, press publications);
- The development of the firm through various commercial and visibility actions.
Qualifications
With a university degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development, Project Management, Communication, or Psychology, you must have at least 5 years of experience in consulting or projects with the Human Resources Department.
