Responsibilities

1. Propose, plan and deliver consulting engagements across various service lines and niches mainly in the Agricultural sector.
2. Execute business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program review, program re-designs, financial analysis and other forms of management consulting.
3. Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders.
4. Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys.
5. Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
6. Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure needs are met and relationships grow and develop.
7. Design and develop high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations and other correspondence.
8. Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals.
9. Work collaboratively with the client engagement team.
10. Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.

Skills And Experience

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, agriculture or other related field.
2. 2 to 3 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service or agricultural environment.
3. Experience in business and practice development is considered an asset.
4. Experience in project management is considered an asset.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
