What you'll be doing

As a Consultant, Enterprise Digital and AI Strategy, you will support CIBC’s digital and AI strategic objectives by enhancing our enterprise’s capabilities in key digital areas. You will focus on effective communication through storytelling, articulating our bank’s ambitions, and aligning with partners to drive initiatives. You will also lead thought leadership programs to inspire teams on digital topics.

We offer a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing you to work on-site 1-3 days a week and remotely on other days.

How You'll Succeed

1. Collaboration & deep-dive: Collaborate with partners across CIBC to develop unified digital banking capabilities.

2. Enable new opportunities: Assess market trends and digital innovations to drive revenue and improve client experiences.

3. Storytelling: Use storytelling skills to communicate vision and progress to stakeholders.

4. Ownership: Lead projects from start to finish, managing key business needs to support digital and AI initiatives.
