What You’ll Be Doing

You will be joining the Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement team, you will play a pivotal role in leading critical digital initiatives that drive the bank’s transformation agenda. As a Consultant, Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver a variety of projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data and insights to inform decision-making and project execution. Your role will include facilitating process improvements, supporting the development and documentation of best practices, and preparing senior leader and executive-level updates. A key aspect of your role will be to leverage your knowledge of digital and AI trends to support the ongoing evolution of our digital capabilities. Your ability to understand and communicate AI concepts will be essential as you work with partners to ensure our solutions are accurate, effective, and aligned with business goals. You will also play a role in managing stakeholder relationships, supporting change management activities, and ensuring compliance with established controls and standards. Your strong communication and analytical skills will enable you to drive innovation and deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
