As an Employee Benefits Consultant at HUB International Ontario, you’ll do more than sell insurance—you’ll build lasting partnerships that deliver peace of mind. What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth: Prospect and secure new clients for our Employee Benefits & Retirement (EB&R) division.
  • Lead with Insight: Engage firms with 100+ employees, delivering customized benefit strategies.
  • Master the Market: Stay current on EB&R products, trends, and regulations to offer optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Property & Casualty teams to drive cross-sell success.
  • Plan with Purpose: Align your efforts with regional leadership and company-wide goals.
  • Refine and Optimize: Analyze performance and adjust strategy to maximize results.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster trust with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain Compliance: Uphold the highest ethical standards in every interaction

What You’ll Need for Success

  • Valid LLQP License (or in progress); designations like CEBS, GBA are assets
  • 3+ years of EB&R sales experience with a strong track record in new business development
  • Deep understanding of Canadian insurance, especially EB&R products and market trends
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
