Key Responsibilities :

• Attend service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality, and processes.
• Own incident, problem, and change management across all competencies including the technical part of the SAP application as well as infrastructure
• Interface with all delivery competencies including app, db, and infrastructure also including service center to resolve issues.
• Communicate to CTO and SAP Service Delivery Manager on major escalations.
• Own Client Satisfaction from delivery.

Required Skills & Experiences :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Science, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP systems administration (including SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, SAP PI / PO, Solution Manager, BI / BW, …).
• HANA 2.0 certification is a must.
• Working experience with Sybase is a must.
• Certification / Experience working with major hyper-scalers like GCP, Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Ability to work in teams cross functionally and cross geographically.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada (work permit sponsorship available for the selected candidates).
