What you’ll do – Responsibilities
- Be the client’s Go-To Person and Trusted Advisor
- Serve as a consultant in servicing all modules of ADP's HCM software solution, ADP WorkforceNow
- Use breadth of expertise to support ADP's clients
- Work to resolve issues and to identify and provide solutions through root cause analysis via the use of effective communication and analytical skills
- Be a Networker and Relationship Builder; build relationships with clients and leverage deep understanding of ADP's products and services to provide solutions and exceed client expectations
- Provide recommendations to ADP leadership around potential best practices, product and support processes enhancements, based on client input or experience
- Continually upgrade knowledge and skills to stay current on applicable laws and regulatory changes impacting clients
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; preferably in business and/or human resources management
- A strong focus on client satisfaction in a relevant industry or as a payroll / HR practitioner with systems experience
- French-English bilingual
- For Quebec candidates: French is mandatory; English is also required due to global nature of the company
Preferred Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience with software applications, software configuration and client systems
- Learning agility and critical thinking, including in complex HR domains (HR, payroll, time & labour, etc.)
- Basic understanding of payroll processing workflow from input to delivery; Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification is a plus
- Active listening and strong oral/written communication skills
- Initiative to seek answers and positive outcomes for clients and ADP
- Organizational skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow up in a timely manner
- Ability to work well in a team or independently with resourcefulness using available tools
