What you'll be doing

The Consultant, Data, Automation and BMTs is accountable for developing means by which the AML Group tracks, records, and monitors relevant metrics of the Enterprise AML/ATF Program. The role supports building tools to aggregate data, ensuring AML functions can perform their activities effectively. Responsibilities include creating documentation such as BRDs, SRDs, SOPs, User Guides, Data mapping guides, and dictionaries. The role works closely with Risk, Insights, and Optimization teams, as well as Technology and Operations partners, to develop and implement in-house tools following Enterprise Standards.

We offer a hybrid work environment, allowing 1-3 days per week on-site, with other days remote.

How you'll succeed
  • Work With Data To Understand Complex Relationships - Conduct detailed data analysis, understand data relationships, solve data structure problems using advanced ETL methodologies, and evaluate data credibility and quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Lead and assist business partners in formulating technology solutions to achieve strategic goals, proposing automation solutions, and supporting senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement – Recommend changes to business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Relationships – Interact with AML Directors, Senior Leaders, and Technology and Operations teams to identify and address AML compliance needs.
  • Compliance Responsibilities – Collaborate with AML Compliance colleagues to ensure systems meet their needs and adhere to policies and standards.
Who you are
  • Education: Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS/IT, or equivalent practical experience (2-3 years).
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Python, Oracle, MS SQL, Azure, ADF, SSIS, VBA, .NET, Perl, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, C#, PowerShell, GitHub, DevOps.
  • Learning & Ownership: Passion for learning, proactive, and results-driven.
