We are seeking a Consultant / Functional Analyst with expertise in Sophis and Fusion Invest solutions to strengthen our project teams. You will work on high-value missions such as software integration, migrations, and ongoing maintenance for a high-level financial clientele in Montreal, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze functional needs from Front Office, Middle Office, or Risk users.
• Configure and parameterize Sophis and / or Fusion Invest software according to business needs.
• Participate in testing phases, functional testing, and deployment.
• Provide Level 2 / 3 functional support.
• Draft functional documentation and training materials.
• Work closely with technical, IT, and business teams.

Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience.

Master’s degree in computer science, financial markets, or equivalent.

Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and curiosity.

Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, customer service orientation.

Skills

Proven experience with Sophis and / or Fusion Invest.

Strong knowledge of financial instruments : derivatives, fixed income, equities, structured products.

Understanding of market environments and asset management or investment banking issues.

Good command of English (written and spoken).

Scripting knowledge (Python, SQL, VBA, etc.).

Experience in international contexts.

Knowledge of related tools (Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.).
