  • Support our leaders: Assist EAML Governance, Solutions Delivery, FIU, and Risk Analytics SMEs on various initiatives as needed.

Who you are

  • Educational background: Degree/diploma in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law, Computer Science, Engineering, or related, with experience. Lean Six Sigma and ACAMS certifications are a plus.

  • Technical proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); familiarity with SQL, Python, VBA, or data analysis tools is advantageous.

  • Communication skills: Able to articulate recommendations clearly and create concise presentations for management decisions.

  • Problem-solving ability: Strong judgment and problem-solving skills to advise on compliance and risk management solutions.

  • Ownership mentality: Proactive, results-driven, and empowered to lead initiatives.

  • Influence and relationship-building: Skilled at networking and inspiring outcomes through effective communication.

  • Alignment with values: Demonstrates trust, teamwork, and accountability, bringing authenticity to work.
