Job summary

Konrad is a next-generation digital consultancy delivering AI-enabled products and inspiring digital experiences for global clients. We seek a Consultant to join our Management Consulting team, delivering digital and AI projects and guiding clients through design thinking to create cutting-edge experiences.

You will support senior colleagues on projects, create AI-enabled solutions, and lead UX thinking workshops while interpreting client challenges and partnering with design and technology

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or digital/AI projects.
• Background in strategy, design and/or technology engagements.
• A demonstrated passion for UX, digital design and technology.
• Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work, with good judgment about where they add value.
• A strong track record of client collaboration.
• Interest in emerging technologies and how digital and AI are changing customer experiences.
• An appreciation for quality digital design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and a collaborative approach.
• Comfort presenting and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members on projects ranging from rapid-to-market initiatives to large-scale digital and AI transformations.
• Create digital and AI-enabled solutions for clients across a range of industries.
• Lead and take part in UX design thinking workshops, including finding opportunities where digital and AI can add value.
• Interpret client business challenges and work with design and technology teams to solve them.
• Conduct interviews and research on client processes and competitive positioning, using digital and AI tools to speed up research and synthesis.
• Manage project coordination.
• Stay current on digital, technology and AI trends, and share insights with the team and clients.
• Develop presentations, documentation and proposal responses.

About The Role

Konrad is looking for a Consultant to join our Management Consulting team. The estimated compensation for this position is $78,000 to $90,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
