We’re seeking a skilled Labourer to join our client, a unionized firm with over 20 years of experience as a General Contractor for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects in Summertown.

What We Offer :

• Salary : Competitive salary based on experience up to $23.83 per hour with a raise scheduled for October 2025.
• Working Hours : 7 am - 4 : 30 pm, may require occasional additional hours.
• Benefits : Comprehensive benefits, including health, medical, dental, and life insurance and a pension plan

What You’ll Do :

• Perform tasks such as abatement, digging trenches, pouring concrete, constructing outdoor structures, painting, and other general duties.
• Read and understand construction plans and drawings and operate various tools and equipment safely.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills in all aspects of safety and construction-related tasks.
• Be organized, work well in a team, and excel in mentoring, motivating, and communicating.
• Conduct basic inspections on equipment and safety PPE.
• Interact politely and respectfully with clients, coworkers, and other trades.

What We’re looking For :

• Minimum 1-5 years’ relevant experience.
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites.
• Ability to work a full week with the possibility of overtime.
• Recognize unsafe work practices and situations. Acts to remedy safety concerns effectively and correctly by complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation.
