We are looking for hard-working, service-minded individuals.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations at Floor Coverings International. This role ensures that inventory is properly received, organized, and distributed to meet the needs of customer orders and installation projects. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in maintaining efficient warehouse processes and supporting overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management :

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and distributing flooring materials.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits.
3. Organize materials for customer orders and installation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
4. Implement and maintain warehouse organization systems for efficiency and safety.
5. Manage product storage, ensuring proper handling and protection of flooring materials.
6. Schedule and coordinate deliveries to customers and job sites.
7. Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
8. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Team :

1. Communicate effectively with the Production Manager and installation teams to coordinate material needs.
2. Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of flooring materials and warehouse operations.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, inventory software, etc.).
7. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) regularly.
2. Comfortable working in warehouse environments.
3. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Compensation : $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
