Role Description

The Construction Worker role is a full-time, on-site position working out of town. This role involves assisting with various construction duties building pre engineered buildings. Daily responsibilities include using hand and power tools, following construction plans and instructions from supervisors, and helping with basic installation, demolition, and repairs. The Construction Worker is expected to follow safety procedures, maintain equipment, and work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in general Construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and use of hand and power tools
• Understanding of workplace safety practices, including proper PPE use and compliance with site regulations.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working in varied weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
