Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years coaching corporate training or job readiness workshops for adults.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted B2B outreach to Ontario construction companies and secure hiring commitments.
• Manage relationships with construction HR teams, hiring managers, and executives.
• Match candidate profiles to direct hire opportunities in the construction sector.
• Deliver structured group sessions and one-on-one coaching for job search and interview prep.
• Conduct site visits to confirm eligible employer partners and safe work environments.
